Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Frontend-Heavy)

Genesis Computing is looking for a seasoned Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Frontend-Heavy) to design, build, and maintain intuitive user experiences and robust backend services. You will develop frontend applications using React and TypeScript, creating interfaces and tools to manage workflows and autonomous AI agents. Additionally, you will build scalable backend services in Python to power intelligent workflows and integrate state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs), such as OpenAI and Claude.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain intuitive frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, creating workflow management tools, admin tools, and user interfaces to manage workflows and AI agents.
  • Build scalable backend services in Python to power agentic data workflows and support frontend features.
  • Develop and experiment with state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to understand their capabilities and limitations, integrating them into frontend-driven workflows.
  • Design and implement reusable prompts and UI-driven agent workflows to solve data engineering challenges.
  • Build and maintain REST and MCP APIs for agent orchestration, telemetry, and integrations with Snowflake, Slack, Jira, Google Sheets, and other platforms.
  • Partner closely with engineers, sales, and marketing to shape product features that are easy to use and drive business impact.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker) to deploy both frontend and backend services.
  • Instrument observability and performance monitoring for full-stack applications.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-stack software development, with a strong focus on frontend application design and user experience
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, and frontend state management
  • Strong experience in backend development with Python, REST/gRPC APIs, and microservice architectures
  • Familiarity with enterprise data workflows and SaaS integrations
  • Ability to own features end-to-end, from UI wireframes to production backend services
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, product-focused mindset

Nice To Have

  • Experience building agent-based or LLM-powered workflows in production systems
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or other modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow)

Senior Backend Engineer

Genesis Computing is looking for a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant platforms in Python that power agentic data workflows. You'll develop and experiment with state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs), including OpenAI and Anthropic Claude, exploring their capabilities and limitations to deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant platform in Python to power agentic data workflows
  • Build and experiment with State of the Art (SOTA) LLM models including OpenAI  Anthropic Claude and others to understand their capabilities and limitations
  • Design and implement various prompts and workflows to solve specific data engineering challenges, packaging the solutions in re-usable and configurable modules 
  • Wear many hats, including Product Design, DevOps, Back-end Engineer, Prompt Engineer, AI Engineer
  • Develop and maintain REST and MCP APIs to orchestrate agents, create complex data workflows, monitor data pipelines, answer analytical queries and integrate with external platforms including Snowflake, Slack, Jira, Google Sheets and other data as well as communication platforms
  • Own infrastructure security, performance tuning, and system reliability, driving operational excellence
  • Partner closely with engineers, sales, and marketing teams to build multi-agent orchestration pipelines that automate complex data tasks
  • Lead DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments
  • Instrument observability, metrics, and logging for fault diagnosis and system transparency

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in backend software development
  • Experience using AI Coding Agents(Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Amp or similar) to build and debug complex production-grade platforms
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, API design, containerized applications
  • Experience building out Enterprise Data Platforms and familiarity of data engineering challenges
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to own features end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical quarterback for strategic accounts, translating business challenges into AI-native infrastructure solutions. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as directly with enterprise clients to drive adoption, architect solutions, and ensure post-sale success. This is a hybrid role based in the NYC metro area. Think of it as part Pre-Sales Architect, part Field CTO, part Trusted Advisor. You will also play a strategic role in building the NYC territory alongside Sales and have the opportunity to help define our GTM playbook in a greenfield region.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Sales on discovery calls, technical validation, and POCs, helping shape clear business value justification for each engagement.
  • Act as a strategic partner in territory development, helping shape pre-sales motions and customer engagement strategy in the NYC metro region.
  • Support deal qualification and technical discovery in alignment with structured methodologies like MEDDICC/MEDDPICC.
  • Design, prototype, and deliver tailored solutions across AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
  • Serve as the customer’s technical point of contact during the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Lead technical workshops and demos to showcase the Genesis platform.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape our roadmap based on real-world feedback.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and help shape our technical messaging.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Field CTO, or Dev Advocate role, ideally at a high-growth cloud, AI, or data company.
  • Strong coding fundamentals; Python proficiency required.
  • Fluency in SQL, with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to speak fluently with both engineers and executives.
  • Familiarity with GenAI architectures, vector databases, and LLM pipelines is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with financial services clients and understanding their regulatory/data constraints is a plus.
  • Bonus: Background in building custom integrations, AI agents, or orchestration pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related technical field.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at enterprise accounts.
  • Mastery of structured selling frameworks—particularly MEDDICC or MEDDPICC—for qualification, forecasting, and deal strategy.
  • Strong command of pipeline development, outbound prospecting, and account planning.
  • Prior sales training from highly disciplined sales organizations (e.g., PTC, EMC, ADP, or similar).
  • Expertise in value-based selling and business case development.
  • Confidence engaging both technical buyers and business executives.
  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales platforms.
