What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and craft customized demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and technical proposals for our AI Agent product.
- Act as the technical liaison between Genesis Computing and enterprise clients, delivering compelling presentations and addressing technical questions with confidence.
- Design and articulate solution architectures that integrate our AI Agent into clients’ existing systems, ensuring seamless deployment and maximum value.
- Provide pre-sales support, including scoping requirements, managing RFPs, and conducting hands-on workshops or training sessions.
- Gather client feedback to inform product roadmap discussions with engineering and product teams.
- Stay ahead of enterprise trends in AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation to position Genesis Computing as a market leader.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 5+ years in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales role, ideally supporting enterprise SaaS or AI/ML products.
- Technical: Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise integration patterns. Bonus if you’ve worked with AI-driven tools.
- Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic: Experience partnering with sales teams to close large, complex deals (six- or seven-figure ARR) with Fortune 500 or similar clients.
- NYC-Based: Located in or willing to work from New York City, with flexibility for hybrid work and occasional travel to client sites.
- Adaptable: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or data analytics platforms.
- Background in consulting or working directly with C-level executives.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and tools like Databricks or Snowflake.

- UI Expert: Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, with a portfolio showcasing clean, responsive, and user-centric designs.
- Technical Master: Proficient in React (hooks, context, state management libraries like Redux or Zustand), TypeScript, CSS-in-JS (e.g., styled-components), and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Collaborative: A team player who communicates effectively and thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- NYC-Based: Located in or willing to work from New York City, with flexibility for hybrid or in-person collaboration.

- Experience with AI-driven products or integrating front-end applications with APIs powering machine learning models.
